DELIVERY & RETURNS

Shipping
For domestic shipping (The Netherlands), we do not apply a shipping fee. International order will be charged with a shipping fee depending on the country the product is being shipped to.

• Available Items (in stock)
  Items in stock will be shipped the next business day after you placed your order. Shipping will then take 1-2 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
• Pre-Ordered items
  Order processing for pre-orders takes around 3-6 business days after the pre-order deadline. And likewise, it will arrive at your doorstep in 1-2 business days after it has been shipped.

Returns
We accept returns within the first 14 days from the day you receive your order. 
In order for us to accept your returned item, the product must be returned in its original state, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. 
You also must have the receipt/invoice of the original purchase. 
If you receive a faulty/defective item, please contact us at info@nakamastreetwear.com with pictures of the damage, so we can evaluate the situation and act accordingly. You will be individually responsible for returning the products back to us.

Please note that we do not accept returns for any customised orders.

Exhange
If you wish to exchange an item because it doesn’t fit well or for any other reason, we suggest you return your order and place a new order.
